One of the best almost canon Kylux things is the fact that Hux is “thin as a slip of paper and just as useless” to his father, but in a world where paper and writing is practically pointless, young Ben Solo taught himself calligraphy and apparently took it quite seriously. So while paper (or Hux) was useless to Brendol, to Kylo paper (or Hux) was priceless. And if that isn’t the sweetest semi-canon Kylux fact ever, I don’t know what is.
