The first few times he’d gone out on these little midnight drives and had stumbled on Billy Hargrove it had seemed like a bad dream. Tonight, though, when he had woken up in a cold sweat again, grabbed a few beers from the fridge (not like his father ever counted the bottles) and made off, he had actually kinda hoped to see Hargrove on the road.
